Tag Fulfillment
EuroAmerican participates in a managed tag inventory program. Adjustments
to orders need to be made through your EuroAmerican Inside Sales
representative. Any tag discrepancies must be reported in writing to our
Inside Sales team within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement requests for tags
accounted for on the original packing slip will be billed at regular price and
shipping charges will apply.
For each liner ordered a color, medium sized, program appropriate branded
plant tag will be shipped. For example, a Suntory® tag will be sent for plants
in the Suntory® collection, a EuroSelect™ tag for EuroAmerican genetics and
a Savvy Succulent™ tag for all succulents. These helpful tags do not interfere
with watering, are large enough to serve as your silent salesperson and do not
add significantly to your input costs. Each branded plant program tag is noted
with home gardening and cultural information on the back. Certain Proven
Winners® varieties automatically ship with branded containers, please visit
www.provenwinners.com for a current list of container required plants.
Tag Exchange Option
For our customers growing monoculture baskets, we offer the flexibility of our Tag Exchange Program. Designed to reduce extra tags, the customer will receive 84 variety stake tags and 84 Generic Container Style Hang Tags for every four 84-cell trays purchased of the same variety. This reduces extra tags by 76%. Tag Exchange orders must have their own dedicated PO. Simply note on the order or contact our sales team to select this option and start saving.
Proven Winners® Royalty Marketing Tag & Containers (R.M.T.C) Program
Available to Key level customers only; must order approved Proven Winners® un-rooted cutting cultivars in increments of 8,400 with an 8 week lead time, or for tags in a stock. There is a minimum per variety of 500 with a 4 week lead time. Please contact your EuroAmerican sales representative for additional information on the R.M.T.C. program. R.M.T.C. applies only to approved Proven Winner® varieties.
